Return Policy for Romi's Electronics Limited :
We accept product back under receipt of faulty product or DOA. We don't accept returns based on change of mind. All purchase considered as a FINAL PURCHASE. It is customer's responsibility to notify us for DOA or Faulty product within 1 day to get replacement or refund. If you wish to return within 30 days from the delivery date then we will refund upto 70% depending on product condition. Product must not have any scratch or dent and must be in returnable condition with all original package contents to qualify for full refund. With the exception of items damaged during shipments, customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to our warehouse.
Loss of Shipment :
According to the Govt. instructions, all deliveries are being delivered under contact less term. There are high chances that courier company leave package at outside of door or in porch without contacting recipient. In this condition, customers are not allowed to file Loss of Shipment Claim. If recipient feel that their place is not safe then they can select "Delivery with Signature" option. Romi's Electronics Limited is not liable to pay any amount to customer or recipient after order marked delivered.
Order Cancellation before Shipment :
All orders will be updated with shipping details within 2 business days under standard shipping. We offer free cancellation anytime before order gets shipped.
