Return Policy For Romi's Electronics Limited :

All purchase considered as a FINAL PURCHASE. We accept product back under receipt of faulty product or DOA. It is customer's responsibility to notify us for DOA or Faulty product within 1 day to get replacement or refund.

For Change of Mind : 

If you wish to return within 30 days under the change of mind condition from the delivery date then we will refund upto 70% depending on product condition. Product must not have any scratch or dent and must be in returnable condition with all original package contents to qualify for a refund. If any damage/s occurs during the returning the product, Romi's Electronics Limited have a right to reject the returned item and will issue 0 (zero)% refund to the customer/s. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment :

All orders will be updated with shipping details within 2 business days under standard shipping. We offer free cancellation anytime before order gets shipped.
